DescriptionInterested in developing a career in finance as a Billing Clerk? Do you possess a strong attention to detail and a knack for prioritizing and organizing your workload? There is a Billing Clerk opportunity available at a flourishing company working with Accountemps. If you're a motivated detail oriented eager to get your career off the ground, you might be interested in this position! As a Billing Clerk, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. This Billing Clerk opportunity is short-term temporary, and based in the Ontario, California area.What you get to do every single dayEvaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
Construct financial procedures and controls
Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
RequirementsAbility to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Sufficient knowledge in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Excel Formulas experience required
Experience in billing preferred
Solid understanding of QuickBooks
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
