Smart Tax & Accounting Services is seeking a full-time accountant, tax preparer (could become an enrolled agent (EA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Competitive pay rate based on experience, starting at $25 per hour plus commission. In addition to the requirements below, the candidate must possess key elements such as positive attitude and self-reliance.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance is preferred
Major Responsibilities:
Tax – Prepare individual & business tax returns (training will be provided)
Accounting – Assist with bookkeeping & payroll processing
Research tax related questions and issues, and respond to customers on a timely manner
Experience/Requirements:
MUST have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills
Possess strong knowledge of accounting/finance
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
Bilingual in Vietnamese is a plus
