We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience in accounting. We need someone who is familiar with and understands QuickBooks. We are a small office in a casual setting. We provide bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses.

Requirements: Bilingual in English/Spanish
Proficient in QuickBooks (desktop and online)
Experienced in AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
Data entry that is efficient and accurate
Able to work independently and multi task
Understand payroll reports and sales tax reports
Able to reconcile bank and credit card statments
