We are a licensed and insured landscape contractor operating under a General B and C-27 license. Our company provides experienced technicians, full administrative support, tools, equipment, workers’ compensation, payroll, and general liability coverage—allowing you to focus entirely on sales, client relations, and project management. Successful candidates will be added to our CSLB license as a listed salesperson.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative / Project Manager to develop and manage commercial landscape service accounts. This role involves outreach, estimating, bidding, client management, and overseeing project execution. The ideal candidate is experienced in commercial contracting, understands the bidding process, and is committed to building a long-term career with our company.
Target Client Sectors:
You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and maintaining relationships with commercial clients such as:
Property management companies
Real estate developers
Homeowners associations (HOAs)
Local government agencies / school districts
Churches, retail centers, commercial facilities
Construction firms (acting as a subcontractor)
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, contact, and secure new commercial landscape contracts
Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals
Manage job sites, subcontractors, and project timelines
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, staffing, and project execution
Uphold company standards, professionalism, and compliance with licensing requirements
Compensation:
Commission-only structure
Earn 50% of net profit from every project you close
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in estimating, bidding, and managing commercial landscape or construction projects
Strong understanding of job costing, proposals, and project oversight
