This coming month, I'm looking to bring a couple of the right people to my team, the way that I'm determining who the right people are, is by showing people how to make between $500- $1500 a day. I work for a private insurance company, and I sell insurance. Period. You send me your resume. I ask my staff to go over it and decide whether or not to call you. We do a phone interview. If I think you'd be someone who could do what I do, then I'll invite you in for an interview or possibly come with me for a day and watch me, in person, so you can shadow and screen the position before you have to go through an interview. Typically, each day I'll show you how to make between $500-$1500. If by the end of the day, you think that you are someone who can also do it, we'll do an inperson interview and you'll have a shot to qualify for my team. It's educational sales so I deal with all kinds of people. The company has been around for 67 years, and has great ratings and the most hands-on training you've ever had in your life. If during the phone interview it appears that you may not be the "perfect" fit for a "ride-along" with me, but still show promise, I won't stand in your way, I will invite you to a separate interview where you will get a chance to show if you are actually in fact. My goal is to bring the best and brightest who are willing to be "fine tuned and trained" to our organization for the purpose of showing them how to generate success for themselves and their families inside of this company.

About me: I'm 27, I've only been with the company for a few years, had no ex-perience after college but worked hard and was put into management in my first year. My 2nd year I sat as a guest on the board of directors because I had new people making more in their first 6 months than other places in the com-pany. This last year I was asked to move to LA to duplicate myself and find the next group of leaders for the company to continue to open new offices and create a culture of fun and excitement. I enjoy sports and am a retired athlete, I am here because I love seeing my team be successful. I can work with any-one who has a dream
