Customer Service Rep - Account Manager (Corona)
We are a small event service company looking for a qualified Customer Service Rep - Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing established accounts.
As an Account Manager role, the focus is to work to satisfy clients' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, this is a position that should be able to retain our client base and grow the business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
· Develop positive relationships with clients
· Be the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
· Outstanding listening skills to then, create clients' vision for each event
· Generate new business using existing and potential client networks
· Resolve situations and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
· Report on the status of accounts and transactions periodically
· Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
· Monitor performance metrics (periodically)
· Inbound and outbound calls
· Suggest actions to improve short and along term performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
· Proven work experience as an account manager or customer service representative
· Hands on experience in an event industry and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
· Understanding of customer service and performance metrics
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· An ability to answer inquiries on time
· Business acumen with a vision-solving attitude
