Established company looking for a full time person. Full charge book keeper, proficient in quick books desktop and quick books online. Proficient in excel.
Prepare invoices, received payments for bank deposits. Pay bills. Reconcile bank accounts including credit card receipts. Write checks and oversee the filing of payroll reports prepared on full service quick books payroll.
Call clients for accounts receivables. Great telephone skills. Also, non-bookkeeping functions.
Compensation is $20 to $25 per hour. 4 weeks vacation. Great area to work in. johnf@apcd.com
