Nutrition and Food raw ingredients distributor located in Tustin is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative.
Job Duties:
Answer telephone customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
Processing daily sales order
Prepare shipping document for the warehouse
Data Entry
Email order tracking numbers and invoices
Oversee timely scheduling of parcel and outbound LTL/FTL shipments to meet customer deadlines
Provide administrative support to all personnel
Prepare and ship sample packages
Job Qualifications:
College graduated
Computer knowledgeable (E-mail and Microsoft Office)
Experience with QuickBooks is plus but not necessary
Ability to communicate effectively with others in English both orally and in writing.
Team Work, Self-Motivated & energetic personality
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and able to Multi-tasking
Working hours: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
