Volt has partnered with a student debt consolidation company in Irvine, CA and we are looking for motivated & professional entry level Customer Service Representatives! Ideal candidates:- Work in both a team and individual setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills (phone presence)
- Positive attitude at all times
- Proficient in MS office suiteIn this role you will:- Assist with answering billing questions, providing status updates, and handling any escalated customer service issuesNo experience is required, but some form of customer service is highly preferred. We are mainly looking for well spoken, great customer service abilities, a strong desire to help people in need of student debt consolidation. These are full time, Mon-Fri with shifts from 8am 4:30pm, 8:30am 5pm or
