Grace Christian Schools is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Preschool Extended Day Coordinator to enhance our afternoon Enrichment Program, beginning during our summer program and continue through the 2019-2020 school year. The Extended Day Coordinator will work with the Director and Assistant Director to provide developmentally age-appropriate activities and promote a learning environment that will engage the children during the afternoon session. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and implementing an after-school program and someone who is interested in working collaboratively with our Extended Day staff. We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, flexible, and comfortable communicating and interacting with parents/families.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 12 ECE units. (including the core classes)
Prior work experience in a licensed facility as a Teacher or Assistant/Aide
Fingerprint clearance on file with Community Care Licensing
Current TB Screening (obtained within the last 6 months)
Proof of vaccination for Measles, Pertussis and Flu Shot
Must provide personal testimony and agree to the GCC Statement of Faith
First Aid and CPR Certified a plus
