Orange County leading full service catering co., searching for experience corporate sales representatives. We are operating from one of the largest catering, party rentals and event production facility in Orange County, and continuing to grow. We have proven track record and ability to provide excellent service to all our customers. Our service area covers entire OC, LA, SD and Riverside counties.
This Corporate Catering Sales position requires overall experience in corporate and social catering sales, Daily Breakfast, Lunch, Dinners, BBQ's, Team Building Events, Holiday Parties, Fundraisers, Weddings, Special Occasions, Bar Service, Party Equipment Rentals sales. Your performance will heavily dependent upon your personality, organization and communication skills. You will be responsible for soliciting new corporate catering accounts in the business market arena by telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Food and beverage knowledge is required. The successful candidate must be capable of thinking strategically, planning proactively and executing brilliantly!
Social Events Sales knowledge it's a plus (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, galas, fundraisers,)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Solicit catering clients through telephone solicitation and outside appointments.
Able to work independently, or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Maximize revenue by selling all company services (food, beverage, party rentals) to current and potential clients
Must have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task
Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week. Some evening and weekend hours will be required depending on event production needs.
MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE and SOCIAL CATERING SALES
