WE ARE SEEKING EXPERIENCED DINNER SERVERS and SERVER/BARTENDERS TO BEGIN TRAINING IMMEDIATELY

Every once in a while you are offered a chance to be a part of something special. Provenance is an exciting concept in Newport Beach. Riviera Magazine, OC Weekly, Orange Coast Magazine and Where Magazine have all named Provenance one of the hottest Restaurants in Orange County. Our business is booming and we need more Servers! We are currently hiring Servers for Dinner Service. Provenance a Napa Valley Farm to Table Concept, featuring Italian inspired cuisine translated through the clean and fresh prism of California; we have our own organic garden inside the courtyard of the restaurant. We are a Chef Driven Restaurant with a powerful food and beverage concept.

We are looking for experienced responsible individuals with a passion for food and a desire to help us create a destination dining experience in Newport Beach. Weekends and Holidays are mandatory, no exceptions. You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a high profile fine dining restaurant to qualify for these positions. Servers with Bartending experience and can take a couple of shifts as a Bartender are most welcome.

We are looking for professionals with open availability for dinner shifts; weekends are required for this job.

Product knowledge and steps of service testing will occur prior to an offer of position. Only qualified candidates will be considered. We'll train you as to the specifics of our food, imported cheeses and charcuterie, as well as the wine list, and this training will be ongoing, in order to allow you to offer first-rate wine + food knowledge and service. Knowledge of European and Californian Wines, European Food and Wine Service Standards, and Aloha POS are highly encouraged. From the moment a guest enters the restaurant, you should be prepared to communicate the menu items (that often change to reflect the seasons), make educated suggestions and answer any questions on the menu item from ingredients to preparation method to price. You should be able to maintain a complete knowledge and understanding of our entire wine, beer, and cocktail list.

We currently average between $45 to $60 per person for food and beverage at night.
