Growing Event Planning and Production Company looking for a hard working, self motivated, and goal driven person to help with event sales in the LA and OC market. This is a unique opportunity to work at a face paced environment with lots of room for potential and growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
Possess a Valid drivers license and have a reliable car
Able to work both independently and in a team setting
Great presentation and negotiation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Prior event/ hospitality experience
Excellent Time Management Skills
Duties include (but not limited to):
Make calls and send emails weekly to obtain new clients according to assigned sales goals
Attend sales meetings for potential and existing clients
Assist in event designs and management
Create complete and accurate proposals for clients
Help develop and maintain venue relationships
Aid in the creation of marketing campaigns on social media, with email blasts, and through direct mailings
Cultivate Client Relationships and Ensure Client Retention
Follow up on all email and phone communications in a timely manner
