Filomena's Italian Kitchen & Market is setting out to find a unique Server to help carry out our traditions while helping charge into tomorrow! We are a high volume, high quality restaurant and we are looking for professionals to help keep us performing at the highest level.
We are looking for a servant oriented leaders that will work tirelessly to ensure that the every interaction with our guests, employees and community is done with care and integrity. We strive for Filomena's to be a home away from home for its employees and clients alike.
We are searching for like-minded people to help us in our mission to provide a safe, fun and social environment where our most important relationships can be enjoyed at our work place. Our new Servers are people with the integrity to always do what is right even when it is not expected and especially when it may be hard.
This job is hard and the hours are long. Experience is preferred but we will hire for desire if you demonstrate you can lead our team to new heights. This is not your typical restaurant; average is the enemy here, so only those who wish to lead well and do the fun parts along with tough parts need apply. Our new Team Members must know that the Restaurant business requires long hours and hard work. We will depend on you but you in turn can depend on us.
