Front of House Manager Wanted
We are a craft beer and specialty wine bar and restaurant in San Clemente. We have an extensive cheese shop as well as a delicious food menu. We are looking for an experienced wine professional to carry out front of house duties, take inventory, build relationships with liquor representatives, and become an expert in all things front of house in our restaurant.
Requirements:
-2 Years of management experience in a casual fine dining restaurant
-Experience in most front of house positions in the restaurant
-Above average knowledge of wine and beer
-Positive attitude
-Able to work at least 40 hours per week
-Love of the restaurant industry and able to establish positive relationships
