Are you passionate about hospitality and Mexican cuisine? We’re a small, family-owned Mexican restaurant looking for a skilled and friendly Floor Supervisor to help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support our front-of-house team during service.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold excellent service standards.
Handle guest needs with care and professionalism.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
Work closely with management to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure all operations run efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant setting (1-2 years preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A genuine passion for Mexican cuisine and guest service.
Reliable, organized, and a team player.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and sometimes holidays.
