We are looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Manager to join our team in San Juan Capistrano. The ideal candidate is productive, organized, and able to lead a kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience
Culinary school graduates preferred but not required
Must be available any day of the week and able to work mornings, nights, and mid-shifts
Strong experience in sauté, grilling, frying, smoking, braising, and poaching
Ability to manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment
Must follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
Able to maintain inventory, control waste, and assist with ordering products
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
