Wineworks Inc is expanding and we are opening a new restaurant concept unique to its own this coming May!
Seeking talented Servers, Server Assistants, Bartenders, Barbacks, Expo/Runners, and Hosts to join our restaurant group and lead a fun, culinarily focused, family-oriented team that promotes an unrelenting passion for the Guests. We are looking for inspired individuals to work in a chef driven environment, with next level food and beverage background in Lido Marina Village, Newport Beach!
Applicants must be able to work well as part of a team, be high energy and organized, and possess the ability to take direction with a willingness to learn. You must be committed to providing the highest level of service and execution while upholding company culture.
More than anything we just want to have a good time, and make some money while doing it!
You know the type, solid pros - ready to be a part of a core group of awesome friends that have top level experience and that are true food and beverage enthusiasts.
Requirements :
Express a passion for wine & spirits along with food and beverage pairing.
Contribute to create a culture and work environment based upon respect
Maintain a work place that is clean and organized and is cohesive with the restaurant's philosophy, and standards of excellence.
Be up to date on menu knowledge- includes all spirits, wines by the glass, cocktails, and food items.
Maintaining proper dining experience as it pertains to Fable & Spirit in a proper/timely manner with poise, etiquette, and efficiency.
Ability to pick-up and carry 50lbs boxes.
Staff is expected to be at work on time to their scheduled shifts and maintain a professional appearance and be friendly and welcoming to guests and co-workers at all times.
Ability to accept and follow verbal instructions and delegated tasks in English.
Fundamental understanding of sanitation, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Possession of California Food Handler's card.
Regular, predictable and reliable attendance.
Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing manner toward the public.
Flexibility with work assignments and shifts.
Initiative and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers verbally
