What is required:
Experience in fast-paced kitchen
Salads, Fryer, Grill & Expo experience
Ability to delegate and oversee prep
Has superb organizational skills
Ability to learn correct portions and plating
Able to order and receive from major food providers
Proactive, punctual, and a great communication skills
Minimum 2 years experience
What you do:
Training all kitchen Team Members
Responsible for meal segment efficiency and productions
Responsible for all food purchasing and managing budget
Ensure consistency and portioning of all food
Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen
Ensure upkeep, repair and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
