Now hiring experienced dishwashers & professional broiler / grill cooks in a high volume restaurant
Responsibilities include:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
Follow instructions from training
Experienced on grill and operating a deep fryer
Maintain a clean, clutter free, and organized station at all times
Minimum 2 years prior experience in a high volume restaurant required
