Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
-Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective store operations.
-Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance
and communicating them to the store manager.
-Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
-Preserves a punctual and reliable schedule
-Provides coaching and direction to the shift team to achieve operational goals.
-Supports store manager in implementing company programs by working directly with shift team to execute
action plans that meet operational and organization objectives.
-Supports the FoH and BoH staff by conducting and directing the opening and closing procedures.
-Able to mitigate through disgruntled guests, turning experiences all to positive
-Understands customer needs and the needs of the community in which the store is located.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of Restaurant Management experience preferred
-Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in fast paced environments
-Must be reliable and punctual
