AnQi by House of AN is looking to hire an experienced Service/Floor Manager for their location at South Coast Plaza. This is a full-time position with negotiable compensation and benefits. Candidates may be considered for another management position depending on their prior work experience and flexibility.
Some requirements, job tasks and responsibilities will include:
Strong wine knowledge; Master Sommelier level 1 or 2 a plus.
A minimum of 2-3 years in upscale high volume restaurant management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated working knowledge of California state employment laws.
Extensive customer service and resolution skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends and holidays.
Must have exceptional verbal, written and clear communication skills.
Fluency in another language a plus.
Strong wine knowledge, course of Master Sommelier level 1 or 2 is a big plus
Qualifications and wine knowledge will be vetted during the interview process.
Must be able to work independently, under pressure and use sound business judgment.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and organizational abilities.
