Hiring immediately We are looking for motivated, responsible and friendly Restaurant Manager to join our growing management team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team along with knowledge of restaurant operational procedures, we want to hear from you.
Subway Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Completes and posts the staff work schedules
- Select potential candidates and rewards staff as needed.
- Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
- Maintains all local & national health & food safety codes and follows Company safety & security policies
- Maintains business records as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.
- Analyzes business records to increase sales.
- Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
- Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
- Plans special events and promotions.
- Completes University of SUBWAY® courses as directed Subway
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ years of food service management experience preferably within the quick service restaurant industry
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale
- Must have great communication skills
- Must have experience with managing controllable cost (food cost / labor and increasing sales).
