CA/ Office Manager:

A family/sports oriented holistic chiropractic center in Huntington Beach, California currently has a full time (30-40 hours) Office manager/Chiropractic Assistant position open for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate. Hours will be Monday through Friday and no weekends. The hours on our website will be changing in June to Monday and Friday mornings, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and all day Wednesday. We are a fun, friendly office committed to optimal health in our lives and the lives of our patients. We are looking for a very personable, outgoing and detail oriented person who can handle an intermediate volume of patient flow in the office. This position will include patient management including scheduling, payment collections, calling on patients, communications with our insurance biller, Insurance reports, and implementing the ideas/vision of the doctor. Other duties may include generation of documents, writing/note taking, organization projects, running of errands, and light cleaning. There is possible room for growth into other functions of the business. The ideal candidate will eventually be implementing my ideas of growth. If growth is achieved as expected, you will be a big part and compensated accordingly.

Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following: Strict professional work ethic and integrity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, reliable transportation, ability to handle stress, attention to detail, excellent organization and planning skills, problem solver, punctuality and reliability, cheerful and optimistic disposition, computer savvy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must.

Experience working in a clinical setting is a plus. Social media skills are a plus. Knowledge of chiropractic, insurance, and/or billing are a plus.
