Family dental office in Anaheim is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and professional individual to join our team.
Our goal is to provide patient-centered care to each of our patients, in a comfortable and friendly environment. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our team. We focus on quality over quantity.
Qualifications required:
- Excellent customer service and patient care skills
- Current X-Ray certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- The ability to communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and staff
Duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to both front office and back office duties
-Sterilization of instruments
-Set up and breakdown of rooms
-Greeting and seating patients and taking medical history and blood pressure
-Taking digital x-rays and alginate impression
- 4 hand assisting during procedures
-Providing support to the front office staff
-Answering phones in a timely and courteous fashion
-Scheduling appointments
-Addressing patient concerns in a timely fashion
-Filing and getting insurance breakdown of benefits
-Preparing patients charts
-Follow up care calls to patients after treatment
-Stocking, cleaning, ordering supplies
-Maintaining the office as a safe and clean working environment
-Having a positive attitude, desire to learn and grow in their position

Pay: $17 - $24 per hour
Schedule:
8 Hour Shift
Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
Experience:
RDA: 2 years+ (Preferred)
Dental assistant: 4 years+ (Preferred)
Education:
High school or Dental Assistance program (Preferred)
License:
RDA (Preferred)
DA with X-ray license (Preferred)
