Small privately owned orthodontics specialty practice is looking for a Dental Assistant, Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with to join our back office team. We see a lot of kids and deal with a lot parents so someone that gets along with everyone and is very personable is ideal. Must be a team player, professional and courteous , and detail oriented.
Job Duties:
- Greeting patients and seating patients
- Removing and changing archwires
- Preparation for bonding of braces, delivering appliances, and/or attachments for Invisalign.
- Giving oral hygiene instructions, appliance instructions, and compliance instructions.
- Taking impressions for appliances or iTero element scans for Invisalign
- Set up trays, break down chairs, and sterilization.
