Our office is seeking a full time Office Manager to join the team. For our busy practice in Aliso Viejo, the right candidate MUST have minimum two years front office experience specifically working with Dentrix software. Candidates should be available to begin work by August 5, 2019.
Our practice is single dentist owned with two RDAs, 1 hygienist, and two visiting specialists. We have seen great growth in the last few years and may be adding more positions soon.
Duties include basic day to day scheduling, billing, collection, treatment planning, insurance verification, patient communications, and filing/administrative work. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and digital x-ray software preferable.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
