Dental Office Manager/ Treatment Coordinator and a Dental Assistant
The 2 positions are offered for immediate Hiring (Huntington Beach)
We have a wonderful dental team and are looking for the perfect front office staff member to join and complement our team.
For the Manager:
At least 3 years of experience is preferred, we are looking for someone who has leadership skills, experienced, energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated Dental Biller/Treatment Coordinator/Case presentation

Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus and Required
A Friendly, Positive Personality with excellent social skills
A person who is a good listener and has the ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Able to motivate others and meet and exceed daily production goals
Organized and detail oriented
Able to multi-task and prioritize so as to maximize efficiency
Enjoys marketing and thinking outside the box for ideas
Computer and dental literate ,answering phones, recall system, scheduling appointments, collecting copayments, Case Presentation / Treatment Plan / Financial arrangements
Demonstrate knowledge of dental health education subjects
Works well independently, as well as, a team player
Experience with PPO insurance verification and dental Insurances and sending out electronic claims.

We are seeking for a friendly, happy, motivated Dental Assistant who has good communication skills ,must be Xray licensed and CPR certified, a minimum of 2 years experience and who has the ability to multi task and learns quickly and works well in a team .
