Quality oriented orthodontic practice is seeking an individual to fill a full time position
in our Irvine office as our treatment coordinator. Our office is seeking someone that
has a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, attention to details, able to multitask,
and enthusiasm to grow with our office.
Duties:
-Welcome new patients into our office.
-Explaining in detail the proposed orthodontic treatment plan.
-Discussing insurance benefits/coverage.
-Set up contracts and payment options.
-Communicate with referring offices in regards to treatment plans.
-Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
-Manage patient accounts receivable and track balances.
-Some marketing such as visiting referring dental offices
Qualifications:
-1 year orthodontic experience(preferred)
-Knowledge of dental/orthodontic insurance and billing(preferred)
-Knowledge of basic computer skills/programs
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Strong work ethics and excellent people skills
