Seeking English/Tagalog speaking caregiver for my mother-in-law. Seeking someone to work for my mother-in-law as a live-in caregiver on weekends. Prefer someone that understands diabetic dietary needs. She is on a no carb, no sugar diet. CPR certificatin is a plus and it would be nice to find someone fluent in English and Tagalog. Both reading, writing, and speaking. Must be dependable, hardworking. and be able to multi-task. You will be required to work and live-in for 24 hour shifts. You will be required to clean, do laundry and prepare breakfast, lunch, and Dinner. You will be required to provide daily bath services. My mother-in-law is 89. Her Sugar is currently very controlled and must stay that way. You need to be respectful, yet stern with Acitivities of Daily living, concerning Hygiene and proper nutrition needs. Someone that understands senior food intake needs, especially as it pertains to diabetes. The position will require someone strong, as mom weighs 140 pounds. The pay rate if $200.00 per 24 hour period. You will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test, as well as a criminal background check. Please respond if you are intersted.
