In addition to our 300+ regular clients, we recently added 125 furnished residential rental properties that require cleaning and maintenance.
We need EXPERIENCED cleaners in any of the following areas:
Residential:
1. Deep Cleaning
2. Move/Out - Move/In
3. Laundry / Ironing
4. Spring Cleaning
5. Window Washing
6. Post Construction Cleaning - New Homes
7. Post Remodel Cleaning - Interior
8. Handymen
We are a certified vendor with Amazon.com and HomeAdvisor.com with excellent ratings.
Earn $15.00-$28.00 / hour.
Plus Commission for Upgrades
Plus Referral Bonuses
Plus tips.
You chose your days/times you want to work.
Enjoy more time off for family, or your own clients.
Deduct ALL your expenses.
Keep 50%-60% of all the monies the clients pay.
Keep your previous clients.
Choose to work solo or as a team.
What We Need From You:
Be An Experienced House Cleaner - 2 years minimum
Be A Team (Husband/Wife - Mother/Daughter - Siblings - Roommates, etc.), or
Be A Solo Cleaner who works well with others.
Have Your Own Tools And Supplies.
Have Reliable Transportation With Liability Insurance.
Speak, Read and Write English sufficiently to communicate with clients.
Valid driver license with a good driving record.
Be an Orange County resident.
