We are a young family of 3 that just moved into a very beautiful house in Laguna Beach. The house is 4800 square feet and just went through a very large remodel. We have 2 small children ages 9 and 6.
We are looking for a Nanny that can help manage the house's Cleaning, Laundry, Groceries and some Babysitting.
We believe this should be a 30-40 hour per week position and we are flexible.
Guaranteed Pay Raises: Starts out at $15 per hour
Month 1-3 = $15.00 Per Hour
Month 4-6 = $15.50 Per Hour
Month 7-9 = $16.00 Per Hour
Month 10-12 = $16.50 Per Hour
Year 2 and After = $17.00 Per Hour
This is a very big decision for us and we plan on having this person working with our family for 10+ years.
