We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic team member who is available part-time with full-time potential at our Mission Viejo office To support our Operations and Office team and act as liaison with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have minimum experience in the painting industry and a requirement of minimum one-year customer service and office experience. Excellent Excel and MS Word skills, and savvy in client communications. Quick books knowledge Required/ Some Accounting/ Filing/ Booking/ Advertisement/ Billing.

You will be one of the key contact people for important communication by scheduling appointments, ensuring customers are notified and are aware of project schedules. Including seeing the project through, billing and closing files. Must have excellent communication skills. Job Requirements:

Required experience in MS Office: Word, Excel, e-mail proficient is a must!

Answer phones and e-mail correspondence

Coordinate appointments with customers, foremen and project managers

Schedule appointment, keep track of the calendar and schedules

Manage and track customer inquiries regarding all active projects

Requesting payoffs for liens and judgments

Keeping files organized and neat

Filling

Act as a first respondent to a customer's inquiry

Must be punctual, organized, and reliable

Attention to details is a must

Must be professional and work well in a team environment

Various administrative duties associated with opening and closing out jobs and ensuring our company warranties and other associated closing documents are created and distributed in a timely manner

Other office duties upon management's request and approval as needed

* Must be a team player and work independently as needed*
