BILINGUAL Legal Secretary / Case Manager for Injury Law Firm
Thriving Orange County Plaintiff/Applicant Side Injury Law Firm seeks a full-time legal assistant/case manager to start work as soon as possible. This position will include providing a full range of office support services. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:
BILINGUAL in English and Spanish
Great communication and phone skills
Compassion and care for injured clients with a passion to help
Ability to handle heavy phones and remain focused in a sometimes stressful environment
Organizational skills to properly maintain client files
Diligence to follow-up on case tasks as needed and directed by the attorney
1+ year of experience in PI or WC with strong customer service skills
Professional attitude and appearance
