The Law Office of Sheny Gutierrez is a growing criminal law office based in Santa Ana. We have 15 years of experience handling criminal cases all over Southern California. Our goal with every case is to fight for a favorable solution for whatever criminal charges a client is facing. From the first consultation until the case is closed it is our objective to help our clients feel as stress free as possible in dealing with something so serious.
Position information:
The current position we are hoping to fill is a full time position from Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The starting pay rate we are offering is $14.00 an hour with a raise after a 90 day probation period. Further details to be discussed during the interview.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this position needs to be fluent in Spanish as most of our clients are Spanish speaking.
We will be working with the Latino community so it is important that the candidate can communicate efficiently with our clients.
- Excellent writing skills
- Confident demeanor
- Some experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Do client intakes
- Schedule consultations
- Prepare client files
- Draft letters
