Orange eviction law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Eviction Assistant with 2-3 years unlawful detainer experience.
Individual will be reviewing incoming case documents from clients, telephone interaction with clients, tenants, courts and sheriff offices, reviewing document production of staff, updating clients' weekly status reports, make sure the daily tasks are completed by unlawful detainer staff, as well as back up to drafting notices, complaints, defaults, stipulations, judgments, motions for relief, preparing trial packages and calendaring hearings.
This is a fast-pace position. The right person must be able to multitask, be extremely detailed oriented, have great interpersonal skills, be a problem solver and team player.
Hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with medial, vision and 401k benefits.
