Busy Faith Based National Nonprofit Legal Clinic w 501C3 Federal Government Credential is looking for a key team player to join our firm.
The right candidate will have the ability to work independently, handle a moderate to heavy case load, be very organized, and have the drive for success. MUST be able reliable and detail oriented. Multitasking and be professional under pressure while trouble shooting a must. Work directly under the vast 120 + years of State Bar Licensed Onsite staff Attorney's. Ability to work well with co-workers, court personnel and opposing counsel with the upmost professionalism and courtesy. SPANISH SPEAKING A HUGE PLUS . We have a very busy environment.
Please have a minimum of 2-5 years of civil litigation, Unlawful Detainer and Bankruptcy experience.
Our focus is mainly in foreclosure defense, bankruptcy knowledge would be a plus but not 100% necessary. Supervisory experience is preferred as this position will be assigning and delegating various tasks to outside non California Counsel and paralegals.

Biweekly hourly pay + possible Profit Sharing for the right person as incentive depending on experience. Full Time. But flexible on the hours.
