Personal Injury Law Firm hiring CASE MANAGER or ATTORNEY.
Flexible hours/1099 independent contractor/salary based plus bonuses.
Fast growing law practice needing experienced personal injury case manager or attorney.
Ideal candidate will:
1. Be self-motivated and require little to no supervision.
2. Know how to properly analyze a good personal injury case.
3. Be great at sales and know how to close the deal when it matters most.
4. Know how to weed out bad cases from good ones.
5. Be motivated to talk to clients and show them compassion.
6. Have at least one year experience in the personal injury world.
7. Know the intricacies of the personal injury field and how to deal with all applicable parties.
8. Have compassion and empathy for clients. AND TRULY ENJOY SPEAKING TO CLIENTS (on phone, text and email).
9. Be aggressive with insurance companies, know the nuances of dealing with adjusters.
10. Know how to settle a case within 30 days for policy limits.
11. Know how to speak and write in Spanish.
12. Excellent written, speaking skills in English.
13. Know how to build up cases.
14. Know how to write competent and compelling demands.
15. Know how to negotiate settlements in the best interest of the client and firm.
16. Know how to properly reduce liens and work with MediCal or other government lienholders.
17. Know and follow the rules of professional conduct.
19. Litigation experience a plus.
The perfect candidate will submit a resume AND writing sample, preferrably a demand for damages written by the candidate along with examples of prior success stories and the liens that were reduced (the more specific, the better your chances).
