Prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm in Orange County is seeking top-notch personal injury Paralegals/Case Managers.
Our firm has been handling personal injury cases for the past 20+ years. We are a client-oriented law firm that believes in communication as a cornerstone of our success. The main qualification of a successful candidate is an ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys, and medical providers and get the job done.
Our paralegals assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation process, including:
- Calendaring deadlines and hearings
- Propounding discovery
- Responding to discovery
- Coordinating party, witness, and expert depositions
- Coordinating DMEs
- Preparing mediation and trial binders
- Sending out lawsuits for filing and service
- Monitoring the service of lawsuits
- Monitoring the filing of responsive pleadings
- Setting up CourtCalls
To that end, we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- detail oriented
- pro-active “self-starter”
- have 3+ years of litigation experience
- computer savvy, as we are a paperless office
- bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- other practice areas a plus, please note
This is a full-time position available now. You will be joining a law firm with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth.
