What we're looking for

ListReports is looking for an intern who has a passion for design, is a creative thinker, and has an innate instinct for what looks good. Be excited to learn and contribute to our hyper-creative atmosphere. Someone who is a self-starter with a "can do" attitude who can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal direction within identified time frames. In exchange, they will be mentored by members of our design team; learn about what we do while receiving thoughtful advice, career guidance, and honest feedback on their work.

Duties

Create web graphics and marketing collateral consistent with our brand guide

Prepare images for social media and blog posts

Assist with website and blog updates via Wordpress, Medium, and SquareSpace

Assist the design team with research and presentations

Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and company initiatives

Requirements

At least 2 years design experience in school or elsewhere. Ideally a Junior in a design program

Detailed, meticulous, and organized

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and a working knowledge of Sketch

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Outstanding time management skills to handle multiple and changing priorities

Team Player with experience in collaborative team environments

Bonus points for motion graphic and illustration skills

This internship will be paid. Internship hours are flexible, and for the right intern, we will attempt to accommodate your class schedule.
