Luxury real estate firm located in Tustin, CA is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is an organized professional, detail oriented and execution-driven. Has a creative mindset with the ability to build consistent designs in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Nearly all of our materials are printed, trimmed and assembled in-house.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Creative Director and Graphic Designers to create and maintain brand consistency throughout all print and digital marketing materials

Be enthusiastic about expanding your skill set and working on a broad range of projects

Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

Take initiative to create content and assist with other designs needed for the firm

Ensure work is efficiently and effectively delivered on time

Proofreads to produce accurate and high quality work

Manage individual project log and appointment calendar strategically and efficiently

Coordinate production, pre-flight in-coming files and print quality through EFI Fiery Command Workstation to be sure all jobs are printed correctly

Requirements:

- 3-4 years experience in print and digital marketing

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

- Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

- A strong portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual work with excellent execution of ideas

- Highly organized

- Outstanding time management skills to handle multiple and changing priorities

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

- Experience working with a large project work-load

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive and resourceful

- Punctuality is a must
