Customer service involves order entry, customer service via email, uploading files, and other misc lab duties.
Customer Service qualifications include:
Online customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent computer skills, excellent work ethic, and self-motivation
Fast learner and multitasking
Comfortable with a fast pace working environment-E-commerce experience is an asset
General lab duties involve film processing, packaging, uploading files, and other assigned duties. Entry-level, no experience necessary.
General Lab qualifications include:
Ability to stand and work
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Must exhibit high energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
Scanning operator's duties include film scanning, color correction, density correction in a high volume workflow. Previous film experience helpful.
Scanning qualifications include:
Understanding color theory
Ability to stand and work
Previous operation of Noritsu, Agfa, or Fuji scanners/printers is a plus
