We have openings for Day Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) & Swing Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm).
SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for all aspects of parts inspections, documentation and maintenance of inspection equipment. The Quality Inspector must ensure that current quality system policies and procedures are maintained in accordance with company and customer quality requirements, while assisting management in establishing and implementing new requirements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Inspector in a busy CNC fabrication environment with ISO 9001 or more stringent certification. Inspection experience with ISO 13485 preferred.
Must have experience in First Article, In-process, and Final (finished product) inspections to determine if products are in compliance
Experience in operating inspection equipment and tools
Must tag and isolate non-conforming parts
Assist in writing non-conformance reports ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations
Must record test data applying statistical quality control procedures
Must evaluate data to identify deviations from specifications
Must assist with writing of work instructions and SOPs
Must assist in managing QA project schedules to include Internal Audits and basic Training for New Employees
Must participate in Quality Meetings ensure targets are appropriately set and met, while ensuring continual improvements are made.
