Small business office in Huntington Beach seeking Administrative/Personal Assistant

Office Duties include:

Answering and directing incoming calls, including setting up Zoom and conference calls

Preparing, reading, sending emails

Support owner on calls with clients

Handling all A/R and A/P duties, including working with CPA and bank

Payroll duties including working with Payroll service

Setting up and maintaining office files

Proof reading reports (statistical and general text)

Additional Duties:

Driving owner to and from work and lunch (using employer’s car)

Handling owner’s bills and misc. personal appointments

Requirements/Skills

Strong communication skills

Typing/Input speed (min 55 wpm)

Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

Quick Books knowledge (preferred)

Basic IT knowledge

Valid CA driver’s license with clean MVR

Salary: $30,000-$40,000 (based on skill level, knowledge and experience)

Hours: 9am-5pm (M-F)
