Dental Front office/Insurance Biller needed full time. 2+ years of experience is a plus
Spanish speaking is a must,
Working with Eaglesoft, Knowledgeable with Denti-cal is a must.
Office works with Dentical, Delta Dental & Guardian HMO, all PPO
Billing insurance, handling pre authorizations.
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Hehlp Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
Verify insurance information, eligibility coverage, history etc
Collecting payments as needed.
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing and faxing
