Full Time Office Administrator and Account Manager Position At California Traffic Tickets
Salary will be between $30,000-$50,000+/year including bonus depending on performance and experience.
Full Time Position: 40hrs/week (Mon - Fri) at our head office in Irvine
Duties Will Include:
Answering In-bound calls and providing excellent customer support
Handling emails and online quotes
Providing our clients with exceptional service
Client Intakes
Working with and assisting our Lawyers
Speaking to potential clients in our boardroom at our head office
Speaking to clients on the phone and signing people up for legal services
Providing consultations to prospects
Simple accounting and book keeping
Maintaining our office functionality including ordering supplies and running basic errands.
Skills Must Include:
Must be able to speak English fluently (additional languages an asset, especially Spanish)
Should have some customer service and/or sales experience
Must be able to type OVER 40 wpm
