Revive Pain Management/OC Ortho Group hiring a secretary/office assistant to join our team of 9. This is a pain and orthopedic multi-specialty office in Anaheim.
This can be either a full time position (hours approximately 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday) or a part time position based on applicant. All experience levels welcome to apply. Full on the job training will be provided.
Job tasks include:
-Working with insurance (verifying, obtaining authorizations)
-Working in EMR programs (Eclinical and DrChrono, training provided)
-Answering phone calls
-General Administrative/Business tasks
-Complying with medical record requests (faxing and mailing records)
-Checking in patients, collecting payments
Qualifications:
Healthcare experience helpful but not required
Team player with communication skills.
Reliability, good attendance
Attention to detail and organized.
Computer skills
Open to learning new skills
