I am actively searching for a personal assistant for our company here in the city of Orange. The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
1. Punctuality
2. Honesty
3. Respectful
4. Car and clean driving record
5. Excellent English written and oral communication
6. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
7. Authorized to work in the US
8. Strong team player
The following skills are absolutely necessary, NO exceptions:
1. Microsoft Office (word, ppt, excel)
2. Detail oriented
3. Tech friendly and capable of computer and tablet use
4. Comfortable with Outlook and its Calendar
5. Must be able to quickly on the spot write down notes on any occasion (in person or in the phone) and execute needed plans
6. Must have great communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing work schedules
- Setting up meetings
- Prepping any paperwork for new hires or contractors
- Travel research, booking and logistics oversight
- Organizing office and keeping it running smoothly (document scanning, filing, phone and email duties).
- Picking up mail and distributing
- General office or business research
Any HR experience and recruiting is a plus
Job will start as part time and build quickly to full time within first month.
Salary $17-20/hr DOE
