Compensation: $12 - $14 per hour
Employment type: Part Time 8-12 hours per week.
OFFICE & PERSONAL ASSISTANT WHO IS EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL, DETAIL ORIENTED, AND RELIABLE.
Must be willing to drive to Lake Forest and Laguna Hills.
OFFICE DUTIES:
- must have a valid CA driver’s license
- run errands- business and personal for owner
- filing and inputting business info into excel
- track closed projects, document file locations
- online research
- refill water bottles for water cooler
- keep copier/printers filled with paper
- other miscellaneous office duties as needed
- handle incoming client calls inquiring about business
- retrieve files from offsite storage unit as needed
- manage craigslist account
- purchase and return items online
- order office supplies
- general upkeep and watering of office plants
- vacuum, dust, general office cleaning
SKILLS:
- Basic Microsoft Office
- Internet Savvy
PERSONAL ASSISTANT DUTIES:
- general housekeeping: (to include but not limited to: deep cleaning / basic cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping / mopping, dishes)
- laundry
- grocery shopping & run errands
- other miscellaneous house duties as needed
- dry cleaning drop off & pick up
- steaming clothes
- Decorating
- Planting
- Painting
- Other tasks depending on ability and increased compensation
