Video game distributor in business for over 30 years is looking for an office assistant.
Duties include:
Answering Phone, Organizing the office. Paying Bills. Ordering supplies
Processing orders, data entry and payments from Amazon, Walmart.com
Light invoicing, accounting.
Assist with freight/shipping documents. UPS/fedex shipping experience are a plus but not required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Computer skills. Basic math and English skills required
Must be willing to 'wear many hats" as we are a small office. Though it is a full time position, we are flexible on work and time schedule. No weekends
Must be well-groomed, dependable, reliable and punctual. Self-motivated. Learns quickly. Good customer attitude
